NCCHC is pleased to offer members of the Academy of Correctional
Health Professionals a discount on the conference registration.

One Day: $205
Select the day you wish to attend: Monday, Tuesday or Wednesday. The
one-day fee entitles you to participate in all events that day.
Guest Registration: $60
Guests or spouses of regular or Academy registrants (does not apply
to exhibitors) receive access to all exhibit hall events, including
the opening reception on Sunday evening and the lunch on Monday. It
does not provide access to educational programs.

using the information we emailed to you. If you have not
received an email, create a new account.
In the upper left-hand corner, click on EVENTS. Then click on the
link to the 2011 National Conference and the system will walk
you through registration process.

Register online
and receive immediate confirmation and payment receipt.
Registrants submitting via mail or fax will receive confirmation
via email within 3 weeks of receipt. We recommend bringing your
confirmation notice when you check in at the NCCHC registration
desk. Badges and materials will be distributed on site when you
check in.
Notification of cancellation must be made in writing.
Cancellations postmarked or received by fax by September

will be refunded less a $100 processing fee. No refunds will be made for cancellations
after this date.
Delegate substitutions are allowed at any time, but NCCHC must be notified
in writing. Registrants who fail to tend the conference and do
not notify NCCHC are responsible for full payment.
