Technical Assistance

If you’re dealing with a correctional health care issue that requires assistance from a recognized leader in this field, NCCHC is a valuable resource. We offer customized consultation to systems or individual facilities needing help with preparing for accreditation, developing policies and procedures, reviewing alternative solutions to current problems and more.

Informal, ongoing assistance on accreditation issues is included in a facility’s accreditation fees. Formal technical assistance programs are available for a fee that’s based on the number of consultants needed, the nature of the assistance and the time it will require. As a not-for-profit agency dedicated to improving the quality of correctional health services, NCCHC takes pride in keeping costs as low as possible. At your request, we will develop a proposal that details the assistance we will provide and the associated costs.
